Looking back at the real estate statistics from October, we see a few trends continue.




Sales prices are still 4% higher than they were this time last year. However, the days on market have continued to climb - from 18 days to 42 days on the market. October saw a 30% decrease in sales and more than a 100% increase in inventory.
