"The Arant Real Estate Group has dedicated professionals that take the time to get to know you, and stay in touch throughout the years when you do not need their services, and check in from time to time to see if they can help in any way. This is something I seldom encounter with any other business I deal with, and they are the only Realtors I have encountered that care enough to reach out in person with email or phone calls.
Last spring, when I finally was ready to sell my house in Austin, I relied on the Arant Real Estate Group to find a buyer for me, and handle all of the details for me, and I am quite pleased with the results, despite selling the house for a bit less than I had hoped for. However, I am sure that it was the best price possible at the time, given the condition of the property at the time I needed to sell it, and their advice to sell it as-is for a lower price probably saved me a lot of headaches dealing with contractors to repair everything, and saved me a lot of time and money, too, because i did not need to keep going back to that house to repair things or to meet with professional repair teams.
I will certainly use the Arant Real Estate Group if I ever have real estate needs in the Austin TX area again."

We sold our old home in Crestview area in Austin, Texas and bought a new home, all this in a month of April. Everything was closed, and everybody was worrying about the economy, in April 2020 Jennifer was our agent to sell the house. She is fantastic, so professional, she really knows the job.
