The market has shown signs of stabilization, with home prices staying steady, nearly the same as they were this time last year.

The big news is the significant increase in inventory—up nearly 20%. We now have just over 10,000 homes on the market, compared to 8,500 last year. This is the highest inventory we’ve seen in over a decade, giving buyers more choices than ever. On the flip side, this means sellers need to be more competitive, focusing on aspects like condition and updates to stand out.
