Hey there, it's Gene Arant with Keller Williams Realty. Just wanted to share a quick market update on the Four Points area. 

The March numbers are in, and prices have gone up by about 11% from last year. Currently, the average sale price is around $947,000, up from $850,000. The days on the market remain steady, and there's slightly lower inventory compared to last year.

In April, we've seen several new homes hit the market, with seven from us alone. Five of those have already found buyers! It's been a busy spring season.

If you're considering a purchase or a move, now might be the time as prices are expected to increase by around 5% in 2024 for Central Texas.
