Hey there, it’s Gene Arant with Keller Williams Realty, here with a quick update on June’s numbers for the Four Points area.


Home sale prices have increased by 15% since last year, with the average sale price rising from $900,500 to $1,040,000. We've also seen a 48% increase in inventory, bringing the total to 182 homes on the market. Last month, we sold 31 homes, the same as last year.
