We’ve seen sale prices increase by about 10% over last year, which is excellent news. Additionally, home sales have risen by 28% compared to last year, despite fluctuating interest rates ranging from six to seven percent.

However, our inventory has also grown significantly, with over 20% more homes on the market than at this time last year. This indicates that the homes selling now are achieving higher prices than the average last year, likely due to updates or desirable features like a view.
