Hey there, this is Gene Arant with Keller Williams Realty, here with a quick update on the September numbers for the Four Points area. Here’s what we’re seeing:

Sale Price: Prices are up slightly by 1%, with the median sale price now around $765,000.

Days on Market: Homes are selling a bit faster than last year, with an average of 65 days on the market last month compared to 73 days a year ago.

Inventory: The number of homes for sale has increased by about 27%

Homes Sold: 25 homes sold this September, compared to 30 at this time last year, indicating a 17% decline in the number of homes sold.
