Hey there, it’s Gene Arant with Keller Williams Realty. I’m here with a quick update on the August numbers for the Four Points area.

We’ve seen prices continue to come down a bit. Last year, the average sale price was around $950,000, and this August, it’s down to $795,000.

On a positive note, sales have gone up by about 10% compared to the same time last year, which is great to see. Even more encouraging is the recent rate cut by the Federal Reserve, which could bring some new opportunities into the market.
