Hey there, it’s Gene Arant with Keller Williams Realty, here with a quick update on June’s numbers for Central Texas.


Sale prices have remained steady, with the average sale price holding at $475,000. Inventory, however, has seen a significant increase, now just over 10,000 homes—almost 20% more than in June 2023. The average days on market remain unchanged at 60 days.


There are plenty of options for buyers in today’s market. With more homes available, buyers can take advantage of many creative financing options to purchase a home.
