Across the Austin area, there has been a decline of approximately 16% in home sales compared to the same period last year. However, in the Four Points area, the decrease stands at a lower figure of 11%. Conversely, the sales price in the Four Points area has experienced a more substantial drop, reaching 19% as opposed to Austin's 16%. To put this into perspective, last year's average sale price in the Four Points area was slightly above a million dollars ($1,000,008), whereas the present average has settled at $812,000.
