January 2022 Market Update - Austin, Texas

Looking at the first month of the new year, we're seeing the real estate market follow a similar pattern over the past months. Inventory is low, prices are up, and the average days are down for listings on the market. Even with the slight increase in interest rates, the demand is still very high.
