January 2022 Market Update - Four Points

Looking at the first month of the new year, we're seeing some interesting data on real estate in Four Points. Prices are still rising; however, we see days on the market increasing and total homes sold for the month decreasing.

Inventory in our area is extremely low, and many of the homes that did hit the market were either overpriced or not updated to sell.
